Material Mastery #7

Seeking within and finding trouble
In the second Teaching in the Thomas gospel, we are instructed to go within. At the same time we are given a ‘heads up’ about what will unfold. Here is that Teaching: “Let him who seeks, not cease seeking until he finds, and when he finds, he will be troubled, and when he has been troubled, he will marvel, and he will reign over the All.
Jesus indicates that once you look within you will be troubled by what you discover. When you seek within the answers of why you do what you do, and learn the reasons why, the concepts taught to you, then you will come to points of clarity.
You are going to go through emotional conflict within, however you are going to deal with it from a position of strength. After that you will have the insights and understandings that will lead to control, then you will marvel at the truth of it and reign over the all. This means that you are now exercising your ‘dominion’ and are in control of your emotional responses.
Aware people are going to co-create the reality that they truly desire. The one that will make them happy and not necessarily the one that is expected of them deep within their subconscious mind. They will cease the effort to satisfy everyone else’s expectations of them.
The end of life is to be like God, and the soul following God will be like Him.” Socrates.
