Healing 7 Mind Talk

In this post, we continue our talk about ways to deal with mental and emotional issues through introspection. It's when you take a close look at yourself and try to understand why you feel the way you do. There are different methods to help with these problems and move forward in life, but sometimes the results don't last long.

For example, let’s go back to aura balancing. Some people try this method. They have a session with someone who balances their aura and says they are cured. They feel great because they believe in the process. They expect to feel better, and guess what? They do! They think they are healed because they expected it, and they created that feeling.

But here's the tricky part. The good feelings may not last forever. They might only last a week, a month, or a year. It depends on how much they believe in the concept. Eventually, the original problem comes back. Remember, the aura is an energy “body” surrounding you. That energy is created from the within by your mind. It is a reflection of your thoughts in action.

So here’s why the effect does not last.

If you don't understand the real cause, the root cause, of the problem or why it happened in the first place, you can't fix it. To make a permanent change and improve the outcome, you need to understand the cause, the subconscious concept, and also the patterns of behavior associated with it.

You also need to be able to recognize those patterns of behavior when they first appear. When you understand the pattern and what it will lead to in your life, you have a chance to change the outcome. You don't have to keep repeating the same mistakes over and over again. You can stop your personal history from repeating!

Your mind always gives you signals through dreams, thoughts, visions, experiences, and feelings. These signals are like messages from your mind saying, "Look at this! This is where you are in your pattern of behavior." It's telling you which part of the pattern you are in. Once you know that, you can change your attitude, take action, or stop something from happening. This way, you can gain control over the pattern and make sure it doesn't happen the same way as before. You can really change your future.
