Objectivity 2

In this communication we will explore objectivity free of our ingrained biases.
internal perspective.
With objectivity we encounter two distinct forms of objectivity, like everything in the material plane, both on internal and external levels.
On the external level it is challenging to maintain objectivity when expressing one's thoughts, particularly when our perception is influenced by biases. There is a Universal Teaching that addresses this issue, advising us to “remove the speck from our own eye before attempting to identify faults in others.” (Matthew 7:3)
This can be likened to viewing life through rose-colored glasses or opening your eyes underwater, where the view is distorted. However, when you open your eyes when you are out of the water, your vision is clearer. However, now it is
shaded by your personal beliefs and perceptions. In such cases, we tend to see what we want to see. Just like the expression, you hear what you want to hear. In both instances it is because our belief system shapes our
interpretation of reality.
To cultivate genuine objectivity, it is crucial to examine where we work, the people we associate with, our involvements, and our overall perspective on life. By doing so, we can strive to clear our perception and refrain from passing judgment on
others, recognizing that all judgments stem from our own belief system. This is an essential aspect to contemplate.
